He has supported the design and execution of hundreds of large scale infrastructure projects, around the world, utilizing HJ3’s Engineered Composite Repair Systems. Dominic's focus is to understand the explicit problems that clients face in order to create value engineered solutions that optimize turnaround time and cost savings.

Olley Scholer

Vice President of Quality, & Senior Applications Engineer, HJ3 Composite Technologies

Olley Scholer serves as Vice President of Quality, and Senior Applications Engineer at HJ3 Composite Technologies. He brings 20 years of experience in the design, development, implementation, and inspection of composite repair systems for critical infrastructure. Mr. Scholer led the effort to approve composite repairs in the API Standard 653 May 2020 publication. In May of 2022, Olley Scholer was awarded the Global Tank Storage Award: "Forty Under 40" by StocExpo. He is the listed Inventor of HJ3’s recently patented method to prevent static ignition & explosion in flammable liquid storage tanks.
